The Hi-Quality Group owns approximately 365 hectares of land at Bulla adjacent to it Bulla quarry and landfill.  This land is within the Sunbury Growth Corridor Plan and has been designated for future urban expansion as part of the proposed Sunbury South development.

Sunbury Growth Corridor Plan sits within a landscape of surrounding hills, intersected by treed creek valleys and open space linkages. The area covered by the Growth Corridor Plan will eventually accommodate a population of at least 71,000 people and some 10,000 jobs.

The Growth Corridor Plans are high level integrated land use and transport plans that provide a strategy for the development of Melbourne’s growth corridors over the coming decades.

The Growth Corridor Plan will guide the delivery of key housing, employment and transport infrastructure in Melbourne’s new suburbs and provide a clear strategy for the development of the growth corridor over the next 30 to 40 years and will provide for housing, jobs, transport, town centres, open space and key infrastructure. The plan also identifies broad transport networks, industrial and employment zones, residential areas and recreation precincts.

The Hi-Quality site is closely linked to the freeway network and is located within minutes of the Melbourne International Airport.  The Hi-Quality land is included within the Precinct Structure Plan No. 1074 for future employment and residential development.
